Selections For The Gasparilla Film Festival
The Gasparilla Film Festival, which is coming up at the end of the month, has announced it’s film selections. The complete schedule of screenings will be announced on Thursday, February 7th. You can check out more at the Gasparilla Film Festival site, but I’ll be posting some information about the event and films during the month.
One of the films that I’m looking forward to is Kabluey by Austin, Texas director/actor Todd Prendergast. Why does Austin get so much cool stuff? The movie also features Chris Parnell (Saturday Night Live), Teri Garr, Lisa Kudrow and Christine Taylor. The tone of the film reminds me of Little Miss Sunshine, but the blue suit really makes it for me. I wonder where I can get one.
