Hyde Park Beer Club
Do you want to brew beer? I’ve been interested in brewing since college, but a couple years ago my wife bought me a kit and ever since I’ve been learning everything possible about it. More than most people would want to know. A good way of sharing knowledge is to join a brew club. There’s a local club called Tampa Bay Beers which meets the first Tuesday of every month at Mr. Dunderbaks in University Square Mall.
It’s a successful club, but I can never seem to make the meetings. I like the idea but I want to try something different. I want to get a small group of people interested in sharing equipment and facilities that gets together to make and share beer. If you’re interested, let me know. I plan on brewing this weekend or next. You don’t have to know anything about beer making or have any experience. I have a basic setup that I’ve been using. You just have to have an interest in beer.
